Todd Davis was the Co-founder, CEO, and Chairman of LifeLock, Inc. He led the company from a start-up in 2005 to an IPO in 2012 on the NYSE and years later, through a successful acquisition by Symantec for $2.3 billion. He was the visionary that defined the identity-theft protection industry. Throughout his career, he has applied technology and built great teams to establish early stage companies and position them for success.

Erick Dickens

Co-Founder & CEO

Erick started his career in consumer goods after serving over eight years as a U.S. Army pilot and commander. He has over 20 years of experience leading teams and driving growth for category-leading brands in fast-growing start-ups and global Fortune 500 companies. Erick was recently selected to the inaugural Forbes CMO Next list of 50 top marketers redefining the role of CMO for his work driving brand and business growth at King’s Hawaiian.

Erick has managed household brands such as Post Cereals, Renuzit, Soft Scrub, and Right Guard at Kraft Foods and Henkel. Erick led LifeLock’s branding and product development effort resulting in a doubling of sales over three years and a successful IPO. At King’s Hawaiian, Erick built the marketing function and strategy from scratch–doubling the 68-year-old bread company’s revenue during his five years. In addition to traditional marketing mediums such as TV, print, radio, and digital, Erick successfully leveraged both branded entertainment and sponsorship to drive category-leading, new product launches.

Doug Weekes

Co-Founder & COO

Doug is a consumer products veteran who led each of Kraft’s beverage divisions as General Manager: Refreshment Beverages (Capri Sun, Kool-Aid, Crystal Light, Country Time, Tang, and Mio), and Coffee (Maxwell House, Gevalia, Starbucks, Seattle’s Best, and Tazo). Doug launched the Mio brand in 2011, and received the 2012 Emmy Award for Outstanding Commercial for its MTV integration. Prior to leading Kraft’s beverage divisions, he served as SVP/General Manager for Henkel’s U.S. Personal Care business (Right Guard, Dial, Tone, Coast, Soft & Dri, and Dry Idea). He has been a beverage entrepreneur since 2014 when he helped launch Core water, co-founded and ran Outlaw Energy, and co-led the acquisition of the Purity Organic juice company. Doug serves on the boards of Creminelli Fine Meats, Purity Organic, and Level Organic (a European beverage company).

Cindy Camarata

Chief Human Resources Officer

Cindy has been in the HR space for 25+ years. She has served both in-house and as an external consultant providing full scale HR services. Most recently, Cindy was Chief Human Resources Officer for King’s Hawaiian. Prior to that, she spent 8 years providing HR and Organizational Design services for Deckers Brands, the makers of Ugg, Hoka, Teva and Sanuk footwear and apparel. Cindy also worked for California Federal Bank (now Citibank), Corporate Express (now Staples) and Groupe Danone. Cindy has extensive experience in crafting leadership development experiences, formal and informal coaching, design and delivery of large scale OD initiatives including merger/acquisition integration as well as creating succession and talent management strategies. Cindy holds her MBA from Pepperdine University and is SPHR certified.

Garrett Bain

Garrett is a trailblazer in the hemp and CBD space. He led sales and marketing for GenCanna from early stages to one of the largest players in the global market, achieving revenue growth of over $100m in three years. His focus on integrating mainstream business practices into the hemp-derived CBD space helped to validate the industry and foster growth across multiple channels.

Prior to hemp, Garrett was a VP of Sales in consumer goods distribution, servicing the global leaders of big box retail and e-commerce. His execution oriented, “lead from the front” style, can be attributed to his time serving as a Special Operations Team Leader with the 75th Ranger Regiment. He is a combat veteran who pursues the objective with a relentless commitment to his team and achieving success.

Bob Krakauer

COO, EcoGen BioSciences

Bob has two decades of international operations and financial leadership experience. He has specialized in leveraged buyouts with several leading private equity and venture capital firms. This has included capital fund raising of various types in the enterprise software, direct to consumer services, and various technology companies. He has taken companies public, raised debt of various types, and done many M&A transactions across the globe, including large scale carve outs focused on operational efficiency.

Cristina Weekes

Cris has 25+ years of consumer-packaged goods leadership experience including GM roles with Central Garden & Pet and International Home Foods, a Private Equity backed spin-off from American Home Products.  Most recently, Cris led the Pet Health & Wellness business unit for Central Garden & Pet (CENT) while managing M&A Pet acquisitions including Dallas Manufacturing, the #1 Pet Bedding company in the USA, and K&H pet supplies.  Cris advanced  in her career through increasing levels of responsibility with Nabisco, Sara Lee, and Kraft Foods managing food, beverage, and apparel portfolios.

Cris is a graduate of Occidental College with a degree in Economics, an MBA from UNC Chapel Hill and is currently working toward a master’s degree in Medical Cannabis and Therapeutics from the University of Maryland school of Pharmacology.

Dr. Richard Carmona


Dr. Carmona was a vice admiral in the Public Health Service Commissioned Corps and served as the seventeenth Surgeon General of the United States under President George W. Bush. Dr. Carmona is an accomplished physician, public health administrator and is an expert on policy and health regulations for CPG market products.

Dr. Carmona has received a number of awards and decorations including the Bronze Star and Purple Heart.

Aaron J. Przybysz


Dr. Aaron Przybysz is a board-certified Anesthesiologist and Pain Management physician who specializes in Interventional Pain Management. Dr. Przybysz earned his medical degree from Michigan State University’s College of Human Medicine in East Lansing, MI, and a PhD in Pharmacology from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN, where he studied signaling pathways associated with the oxidative stress response. He completed a residency in Anesthesiology and a Fellowship in Pain Medicine from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor, MI. Dr. Przybysz currently practices medicine in Orange County, CA and was recently nominated for the 2021 Physicians of Excellence honor by the Orange County Medical Association.

Dr. Przybysz has published numerous peer-reviewed research articles and has been invited to give lectures on various medical and scientific topics on the local, state, and national level. His current areas of research include the genetic response to oxidative stress and aging, the use of perioperative and intraoperative analgesic techniques to reduce post-operative pain, examining the phenomenon of opioid-induced hyperalgesia, as well as studying the role cannabinoids may play in treating acute and chronic pain.


Steve Garvey

Steve was the epitome of Southern California baseball and is an All American success story. Voted the MVP in 1974, he went on to set a National League record by playing in 1207 consecutive games. Steve was a ten time All-Star and World Series Champion in 1981. A true legend in the game and a gentleman off the field.
