Erick started his career in marketing after serving over eight years as a U.S. Army pilot and commander. He has over 20 years of experience leading teams and driving growth for category-leading brands in fast-growing start-ups and global Fortune 500 companies. Erick was recently selected to the inaugural ForbesCMO Next list of 50 top marketers redefining the role of CMO for his work driving brand and business growth at King’s Hawaiian.
Erick has managed household brands such as Post Cereals, Renuzit, Soft Scrub, and Right Guard at Kraft Foods and Henkel. Erick led LifeLock’s branding and product development effort resulting in a doubling of sales over three years and a successful IPO. At King’s Hawaiian, Erick built the marketing function and strategy from scratch--doubling the 68-year-old bread company's revenue during his five years. In addition to traditional marketing mediums such as TV, print, radio, and digital, Erick successfully leveraged both branded entertainment and sponsorship to drive category-leading, new product launches.

Doug is a consumer products veteran who led each of Kraft’s beverage divisions as General Manager: Refreshment Beverages (Capri Sun, Kool-Aid, Crystal Light, Country Time, Tang, and Mio), and Coffee (Maxwell House, Gevalia, Starbucks, Seattle’s Best, and Tazo). Doug launched the Mio brand in 2011, and received the 2012 Emmy Award for Outstanding Commercial for its MTV integration. Prior to leading Kraft’s beverage divisions, he served as SVP/General Manager for Henkel’s U.S. Personal Care business (Right Guard, Dial, Tone, Coast, Soft & Dri, and Dry Idea). He has been a beverage entrepreneur since 2014 when he helped launch Core water, co-founded and ran Outlaw Energy, and co-led the acquisition of the Purity Organic juice company. Doug serves on the boards of Creminelli Fine Meats, Purity Organic, and Level Organic (a European beverage company).

He led the company from a start-up in 2005 to an IPO in 2012 on the NYSE and years later, through a successful acquisition by Symantec for $2.3 billion. He was the visionary that defined the identity-theft protection industry. Throughout his career, he has applied technology and built great teams to establish early stage companies and position them for success.

Brian is a visionary leader who has helped pioneer the US hemp industry as co-founder of Canabanix, Kadenwood’s agricultural partner. He works closely with farming communities and government agencies to shape the CBD industry's standards and regulations. Prior to this, Brian was the Co-founder and CEO of MYPLA$H MasterCard Prepaid Products. He is an acclaimed expert and pioneers in the prepaid, payments, and Fintech space. Brian also co-founded “IKM” (Integrated Knowledge Marketing), a marketing and advertising agency integrating all aspects of marketing, advertising, promotions, and promotional products under one company. Clients included American Honda, Bank of America, DIRECTV, Fox Entertainment, MTV, Pepsi, Warner Bros Records, Atlantic Records, EMI Capitol, and others.
